Online Service

• The online service is an easy way for you to care for your suits and shirts and does not require you to leave your office.
• Items are picked up and delivered and the service operates every working day.
• To register, log on to www.regaldrycleaners.co.nz, go though to “Pick up and Delivery” and click on “Register Now” button.
• You will only need to register once and will be given a username and password for future orders.
• All payments are made online – your credit card details are stored and your dry-cleaning charged to your credit card each time.  A receipt and copy of invoice is sent out with each order for your reference.
• As an introductory offer Regal Drycleaners will cover the cost of pickup and delivery back to your office as well as covering the cost of upgrade from Regal Care to Couture Care. You will need to indicate that you are a Crane Brothers customer and therefore entitled to this special offer by stating so in the “Special Requests Box” when placing your first order.

Courtesy Care

• We provide a complimentary service on all Crane Brothers garments for small running repairs such as hems buttons etc. This service is also offered by Regal.

Valet Care

• We offer a Valet Service on all Suits we sell. In most instances this is complimentary.

Repairs and Alterations

• As we have our own tailors and workroom we can do all repairs and alterations including remodelling and restoration.
